DSCN0055Grab your duster, put on some happy music and start dancing around the house with your duster that actually grabs and holds dust. A slightly damp cloth, an ostrich feather duster, a Swiffer, or a  lambswool duster  all do well. If you have a chicken feather duster walk directly to the wastebasket and drop it  in.

I do not use the Pledge with the ostrich feather duster but only to restore gloss to areas like my front door when the paint loses its shine.

Grab your duster, put on  some joyous music and dance that dust right out the door.

The right duster is important. Some dusters just spread the dust around. The Swiffer Duster is a good product but my favorite is my ostrich feather duster.  A microfiber or lambswool duster work well but a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry cloth will do just as well.

Don’t forget to use your small assistants aka your children. Let them grow up knowing work can be fun. They are about the right height for furniture legs and baseboards.
